This is one of those good news/bad news sort of things.
Good News: Parallels Desktop for Mac 4.0 is out and it supports multiple processor cores.
Bad News: I had to delete my Windows XP VMs because the convert process trashed ’em.
Good News: The main thing I run on Windows is Internet Explorer.
Bad News: BitDefender (my AV software) won’t accept my key.
Good News: Parallels UI has been improved and now has an iPhone applet that let’s you control your VMs remotely. (It’s a geek thing!)
Bad News: The applet isn’t available yet. Yeah, it’s an instant gratification thing.
At least I’m not alone in my pain. Not that that’s a good thing but it suggests I’m not dorking things up.
