Here’s a Safari 4 trick you may not have discovered yet. This is a quick way to open a new tab and load it with your "Top Sites" page. If you put your cursor in an open spot in the tab bar (see the red circle in the top photo below). Double click in that area and you get a new tab showing the curved "wall of windows" containing your top sites.

This is a nifty trick they took from Mozilla, opening a new tab like this. Although the top site’s a nice touch
Thanks, I didn’t know that. I have FireFox on my Mac but I rarely use it. I tend to use Safari for most stuff and IE6/8 for the few sites that don’t know about other browsers.
